Meanwhile Marisa Cabrera was at the university, completing her studies for the attainment of her degree in Graphic Design at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2005, she decides to add a new challenge into her life studing fashion stylism.

After showing her amateur portfolio to a leading fashion editor from Argentina, Wendy Aquilante, began her career as an assistant at Para Ti Magazine and quickly moved to Para Teens Magazine where she started as a Fashion Editor. Soon becoming contributing as fashion editor at Para Ti, Susana, Catalogue (latin magazine compared with I-D), D Mag (latin magazine compared with Numero) and Elle Argentina.

In addition to her editorial work, Marisa styled advertising campaigns and was a regular contributor to the BAFW (Buenos Aires Fashion Week), including Levi’s, Puma and Custo Barcelona catwalks.

Inspired by cinema, music, art, fairy tales, mythology and history themes and contemporary
world issues such as the protection of the environment, because of her diverse interests and passions in life, marisa's style presents the undertones of a chameleon this allows individuals to perceive different themes in her work, allowing her to capture a wide audience potential
