An innovative photographic studio/project space in North London is looking for an young, confident and dynamic person for part-time Studio Assistant position at our studios.
The position would suite
a young, confident and dynamic person with a passion for photography, visual arts and who is looking for some experiences within creative business.

You will be involved in dealing with customer queries. You will possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will be computer literate, ideally with the knowledge of web design and advance Photoshop.

Duties: Day to day studio maintenance; Pre-shoot preparations; Assisting on photographic shoots; Handling photographic and studio equipment; Post production / retouching; Research; Various office duties 
incl. data entry, e-mailing, managing studios’ social media presences for clients on Facebook, Twitter, Behance, Tumblr, Linked.

hion Free is a young, dynamic non-profit organisation with a special, although not exclusive, focus on young people from the African Diaspora. It is the place where they come to develop their creativity and entrepreneurial skills, whilst finding value in their culture and heritage and develop a positive sense of identity. Using fashion, heritage and enterprise within one programme we deliver a unique creative and inspirational experience that supports the development of young people’s life, work and social skills.

We are seeking facilitators with experience in fashion design, pattern cutting or garment construction. Applicants will preferably hold an enhanced CRB check dated within the last year (or be willing to apply for one). As the majority of our work is delivered via short programmes you will be contracted on a freelance basis for each project and must be registered as self-employed with a valid UTR number.
