DESCRIPTION:
The series concentrates on showcasing the human body and we are therefore looking to ONLY cast models that are in the best shape possible right now.
We are looking for 2 male and 2 female models of African descent and 2 male and 2 female models of European or Asian decent.
The Distil Ennui Studio is about to shoot for a new fine art series by photographer Alexander James. There will be the potential to incorporate movement into the shots as well as choreographed still life images, so models with a good interpretation and connection with the space around them would work best.
Alexander has over 20 years of experience as an advertising photographer with past clients including Samsung, Microsoft, Chanel, Balenciaga, Ermenigeldo Zegna to name but a few.
Most recent recent personal work has been published in Wallpaper, Qvest Magazine,Maxim, Creative Review, DesignScene, Luxsure , Design Week and Schon Magazine amongst many others and is currently exhibited as part of the Art Most exhibition that is moving on from Paris to Milan in February and London in March as well as the Kitch-En arts collective exhibition also opening in March of this year.
The style of the shoot will be a very Robert Mapplethorpe, Helmut Newton, Juergen Teller inspired shoot. There will be a lot of semi nudity so models must be confident, relaxed and experienced.
We are aiming to shot on the 21st of March in our East London studio.
